Animal Interpretor
I
had heard of animal communicators before, after all, I did
see, The Horsewhisperer.
I
also rememebered that Bill and Hillary Clinton hired an animal
psychic to see why their dog and cat didn't get along. So
when I was doing some research on the internet and read more
about it,
I became fascinated.
“I wouldn't call myself
a skeptic, but I did need some proof, and I was really looking
forward to sitting in on the readings."
While
in Canada filming Age of e, my researcher happened upon Danielle
Daoust, a well-known animal psychic. Research tells me that
animal psychics are different than communicators or interpreters
as they psychically tune into the animal where an interpreter
interprets the signs that the animal is giving. A communicator
claims to actually understand what the animal is saying.
I arranged for my producer and her dog Pancake, and another
friend, Bill and his cat Peanut, to be, "read,"
by Danielle. We arrived at the park on an absolutely freezing
early Autumn day in Toronto. The day was beautiful with the
leaves absolutely gorgeous.. Danielle arrived and I interviewed
her before her readings on the animals. She explained to me
that she was able to tune into the animals subconscious and
find out why they weren't happy with their current living
situations. Danielle is usually approached by people who are
experiencing animal behavioral problems with their pets.
I wouldn't call myself a skeptic, but I did
need some proof, and I was really looking forward to sitting
in on the readings.
First up was Bill and Peanut. Danielle told
Bill that Peanut was really unhappy with the current living
situation. Bill had just moved to Toronto and was living in
a very small apartment. Peanut was extremely unhappy because
she wasn't able to go outside and hunt as she had in Colorado
where they used to live. She was leash trained, but apparently
that wasn't enough for Peanut. When Bill reaffirmed what Danielle
was saying my skeptism began to fade, but I still wasn't entirely
convinced.
Oriana, my producer, and Pancake were next.
Oriana had tears in her eyes when Danielle explained that
she expected Pancake to be a large brown dog. Oriana explained
that she had only recently lost the dog that Danielle was
referring to. Danielle explained that the brown dog was around
her all the time and was even there at the interview.
She started to read Pancake and I was becoming
more and more convinced that this woman was on the level.
She said that Pancake thought she was the pretty one, oh how
true this is, and that she loved Oriana and that she was so
glad that she had rescued her from her most certain death.
I was amazed at this as Oriana had rescued Pancake after a
car accident and they have been inseperable ever since.
Am I convinced? Not entirely, but I still
can't wait to interview the communicator, the whisperer and
the interpretor!
