I knew that Feng Shui meant wind and water and that, when used properly, can create prosperity and good health into your life. Paul Eng is a Feng Shui or Geomancy expert and showed me a few things that could help the energy in my home.

The White Oaks conference resort at Niagra on the lake, has everything that you could possibly wish for. The spa at the resort has massage, arometherapy, meditation and beauty therapies. I interviewed the director of the spa, Sheila Spears to find out how the spa came about.

I was intrigued with Sam Reid, aformer member of Canadian pop group glass tiger. Extremely talented he has gone from pop to relaxation. (More on Sam)
