Put
A "psychic" To The Test
by
Lois
As more and more people become
curious about their future, psychics and clairvoyants seem
to popping up everywhere, but how do we know if they're really
on the level? Author and Spiritual healer Bruce Way has come
up with a commonsense approach to choosing a good psychic.
Bruce told me that there is a definite difference between
psychic and intuitive skills.
"...put a psychic on the spot,
ring them up and ask them to tell you something they couldn't
possibly know...a real psychic will understand where you're
coming from."

Following are some excerpts from his interview
featured in New Age of Aquarius.
(Lois) Your book, How to interpret a psychic
reading. I've read about your feelings with the commercialism
aspect of New Age. How do you feel about that?
(Bruce) I'm very outspoken actually in the
book and the reason I wrote it, I came out with a coporate
background and because a psychic seems to have a certain authority
people really believe what they say without questioning it,
and really a psychic is no more than another spiritual consultant.
If I want to go and get financial advice, I go to an accountant.
If I want Spiritual advice, I go to a psychic or a minister
or somebody who is so called talking to something that's higher.
(Lois) So we would find a psychic the same
way we would find an accountant.
(Bruce) Exacly, so from my point of view I
wrote the book so that people would figure out if the psychic
is good and how to figure out because sometimes we're in awe
of a psychic and we don't want to use the same tools as we
do to find an accountant or a lawyer. And psychics too, it's
a great way to hide your inadequacies by creating an air of
mysticism and I say to people, put a psychic on the spot,
ring them up and ask them to tell you something they couldn't
possibly know. Now a real psychic will understand where you're
coming from.
Bruce Ways book, "How to interpret a
Good Psychic," is available at all good book stores.
